The online registration page is open now.

If you don’t get a registration confirmation letter but want to edit your registration data, please go to the registration page, fill the required fields with the same name and email, click the next button, and then get a link to retrieve the URL for registration modification.

Registration Fee

The conference registration fee is as follows:

  • Full Registration
    • Early: 14,500 TWD (≈ 468 USD)
    • Late (after September 16, GMT+8): 17,500 TWD (≈ 565 USD)
  • Student Registration
    • Early: 11,500 TWD (≈ 370 USD)
    • Late (after September 16, GMT+8): 14,500 TWD (≈ 468 USD)

The equivalent USD amount depends on the exchange rate. The USD amount listed here is only for reference.

At least one author of each accepted paper must have Full Registration and present the paper in person.

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be received no later than October 5.

Registration fee of full registration includes:

  • Attendance to tutorials, all sessions of the main conference, and INFINITY workshop
  • Conference bag with conference materials and name badge
  • Conference proceedings on USB flash drive
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on October 27-31
  • Reception on October 28
  • Banquet on October 30

Registration fee of student registration includes:

  • Attendance to tutorials, all sessions of the main conference, and INFINITY workshop
  • Conference bag with conference materials and name badge
  • Conference proceedings on USB flash drive
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on October 27-31
  • Reception on October 28

A limited number of free shared twin-bed rooms in Activity Center are available for student registration. Please submit your request using this Google form after finished registration and payment. Any request made before registration, before payment, or after October 8 (GMT+8) will be ignored. We will process the requests in submission order and send an email later for the confirmation of room availability. A preferred roommate can be specified in the Google form. We will try our best to fulfill every roommate request but it is not guaranteed.

Additional reception and banquet tickets can be purchased in the online registration page with the following price rate:

  • 600 TWD per reception ticket
  • 1000 TWD per banquet ticket

NOTE: The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘ACLCLP’, not ATVA.

VISA Application

Please check carefully on Bureau of Consular Affairs to see if you need a VISA to visit Taiwan.

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a VISA, please send an email to ATVA’19 with the following information:

  • Name on your passport
  • Nationality
  • Affiliation
  • Postal Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Accepted Paper Title (for author)
  • Registration Confirmation Number

Please finish your registration before sending your request for an invitation letter.

The following is only applicable for participants from China who are not qualified to apply for a tourist VISA.

若與會者不符合旅遊簽證資格而需本會代為申請專業交流簽證，請將申請需求寄至ATVA’19，本會將委託雄獅旅行社辦理。後續之申請資料與代辦簽證費用TWD 1,600（未包含在註冊費內）皆由雄獅旅行社直接和與會者聯絡收取。為免延誤，請盡早準備資料提出申請。相關規定請參考移民署網站。
